Meet our owner, Serhiy. After transitioning to residential remodeling in 2023, Serhiy spent his career managing the construction of large scale commercial buildings. Commercial construction requires a zero tolerance policy for errors, strict adherence to schedules, and meticulous project management. Serhiy brings that exact same rigorous, high level execution to your home renovation.
As the Main Project Manager, Serhiy is hands on. He is the one actively on your job site every single day, overseeing the trades, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship, and making sure your home is respected and kept clean. You will never have to wonder, "Who is in charge today?" With Serhiy, your project is kept on track, on budget, and built to last.
