Based on the initial conversation, we provide a ballpark estimate to help set realistic expectations early.

Design & Material Selections
The design phase starts with understanding how you want the space to function. We then guide layout decisions and material selections, followed by floor plans and 3D renderings that bring the design together.

Final Project Cost & Contract
After design and selections are finalized, we provide a detailed final project cost. Once everything is clearly outlined and approved, the contract is signed and the project is officially scheduled.

Pre-Construction Walkthrough
Before construction begins, we complete a pre-construction walkthrough to review logistics, confirm details, and answer any remaining questions. This step helps ensure everyone is aligned before work starts.

Construction Begins
During construction, we manage scheduling, coordinate trades, and oversee the work to keep the project moving smoothly. Communication remains consistent so you’re always aware of progress and next steps.

Completion & Final Walkthrough
Once construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to review the finished work and ensure everything meets expectations.
